  • The films should be in MP4 or AVI format.
  • The short film can be in Tamil or English language.
  • If a Short film shows any vulgarity (or) harmful theme, it will be rejected
  • Copied films are not allowed.
  • Duration: 10 minutes and a maximum of 15 minutes
